The PLACID PLV-356A15 is an IEPE accelerometer for structural and machinery vibration measurement. It connects directly to any IEPE or ICP-compatible input, so it works with the PLACID PQ1601 and PQ401 acquisition hardware and with third-party analysers without a separate charge amplifier. Typical use is modal testing, machinery condition monitoring, structural response measurement and transport and packaging qualification. Mounting studs, magnets, adhesive pads and cables are available as accessories, and the sensitivity that matters is the one on the individual calibration certificate supplied with the unit. The PLACID PLV-3010-02Y is a triaxial IEPE accelerometer measuring 0.5 Hz to 11 kHz over a range of plus or minus 500 g with a nominal sensitivity of 10 mV/g.
