In-Depth Overview

The m+p VibPilot is a compact 4- or 8-channel data acquisition front-end for vibration testing, noise measurement and structural dynamics. Each input is 24 bit with a 204.8 kHz sample rate, giving alias-protected measurement up to 80 kHz and a spurious-free dynamic range of over 120 dB. IEPE sensor supply and TEDS support are integrated. The unit adds two 24-bit source output channels, two tacho inputs and eight digital inputs and eight digital outputs, and connects to the PC over Ethernet. It runs from AC or DC supply, including a vehicle battery or an optional internal battery, so it can be taken into the field. VibPilot is the front-end for m+p VibControl shaker control, m+p Analyzer dynamic signal analysis and m+p Coda test monitoring. Placid Asia supplies and supports m+p international systems in Thailand and ASEAN.
