m+p VibControl is closed-loop vibration control software for shaker testing. It covers sine, random, classical shock, shock response spectrum (SRS) with wavelet synthesis and modification, sine dwell for resonance and durability testing, and mixed-mode tests combining random excitation with superimposed sine or random loads. Multi-shaker and multi-axis configurations allow heavy specimens and multi-directional excitation to be driven safely. Tests can be run to ISO, DIN and MIL-STD-810 requirements or to a customer specification. Accurate closed-loop control, notching, force limiting and independent vibration monitoring protect the specimen and the rig. VibControl runs under 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft Windows on m+p VibPilot or m+p VibRunner hardware, with all shaker types, reverberation chambers and DFAN test facilities. m+p Coda Test Monitoring and Data Logging
m+p Coda is continuous data recording and test monitoring software. It acquires and visualises temperature, strain, force, pressure and voltage in real time from thermocouples, strain gauges and rosettes, vibration sensors, force sensors and pressure transducers, together with digital I/O. Configurations scale from 2 to several thousand measurement channels depending on the hardware it is paired with. Trend calculation, warning levels and abort limits protect the specimen and the rig: when a threshold is exceeded, Coda can stop the test, trigger external hardware or raise an alert. Typical applications include structural and environmental testing, qualification and compliance testing, battery safety testing and NVH work in aerospace, automotive, defence and electronics.
